Love the selection of farms that are carried. Considerate to the medical patients as well as local community members. This shop also donates to the Last Prisoner project 🙌 shout out to Erik who's always got the best hash recommendations. Today Jessica provided superb service ✨

New to vaping. Had conversation with very nice woman during pm shift, and had let her know the first cart I bought from another store leaked. She said unfortunately this happens with all carts, and to keep box and cart in future and return within 30 days for replacement. I bought 5 vapes. 1of them leaked, I have it a n video oozing completely out. Went in AM to replace with working, but hippie gentleman was very rude and said he’s been here the longest and his night staff don’t know what they are talking about. He denied refund and said I smoked it all. When shown the video he said he didn’t care. Will take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately marijuana can’t cure bad customer service here. Hopefully they fire this man.

Me and my sister just stopped in and had the most wonderful experience. Patrick was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and had genuine excitement finding the products we needed! We will be back anytime we’re in the area!

I had a very disappointing experience at Hashtag in Redmond (8 year customer). I came in to purchase a DOH product using my caregiver medical card, and the employee helping me, Matt, seemed unfamiliar with both the products and the medical discount process. He insisted that Svin Gardens doesn’t make indica strains and that they’re all hybrids, which wasn’t helpful and didn’t inspire much confidence in his product knowledge. The bigger issue was with my medical card. He could clearly see that my caregiver card was active, but he struggled to pull up the information, closed his laptop, and simply told me he couldn’t give me the discount. He never offered to ask another employee for help or apply a custom discount while figuring it out. I ended up leaving and came back later, where the night crew—who were still in training—were much more knowledgeable, helpful, and able to assist me without the same issues. Ironically, the employees in training provided far better customer service than the person who initially helped me. What made the experience even more disappointing was finding out afterward that Matt is actually the general manager of the store. I would expect the GM to have a

this is my favorite dispo, clean, friendly, professional, attentive, comfortable, helpful! i really really wish the mayor of redmond was not seemingly targetting/neglecting the safety of this business and of this old building located in the heart of downtown redmond, hashtag redmond deserves to keep their storefront safe and secure without the city coming and undoing all their work just to make sure they get broken into again? i thought that city council moved to protect hashtag redmond better, why is the mayor still fighting them on their right to security? anyway, love the bud here, online orders are a breeze once you get the hang of them, good music, nice people, reasonable prices and excellent discounts if you know where/how to look for it. if you're lgbtq+ then this is probably gonna be the dispo you want to go to. only thing is that i miss being able to get the huge and incredibly cheap cbd shake/trim, im assuming it moved to medical menu only which is fair... still working on getting my own medical card but until then my wallet isn't getting hurt tooooo badly when i come here. thank you hashtag, much love and appreciation! edit: and i must add, i LOVE the dragon balm!!!!! re
